Full lease out of this property includes private use of the three sizable covered porches, One of which offers inter-coastal water vistas. Additionally the wet bar comes entirely supplied with a selection of wines, bottled water, coffee and and ice.
Please note this is for the full lease out of a 5 suite hotel, there is no kitchen and limited indoor gathering space.
