The home has a wealth of traditional Southern appeal and is well furnished with antiques from Europe as well as original artwork. Upstairs offers Queen Size, master bedroom accommodation and bathroom with a claw foot tub. There is a further Double Size bedroom upstairs as well as a cozy second lounge room with original floors and a fireplace. The upstairs lounge has a second plasma TV and access to the balcony where you can sit, relax and watch the world go by.

We just finished a major remodel for the downstairs. The kitchen has been enlarged and has all new appliances, new sink, all new cabinets and new wood floor. The bathroom has all new fixtures and floor. The new washer/dryer is located in a closet on the first floor. See these new photos.
Outside, guests are invited to savor some well earned downtime in the comfortable yard that has a gas fired BBQ. The yard is entirely fenced and we welcome modest family pets.

Our top Rental home booking tips and tricks:
How to get the best rental value:
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is high season in Beaufort. To get the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many property management companies supply Beaufort, SC area visitors guide magazines which often include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, SC visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Filter your search:
- First and foremost, have your family decide on a vacation week and a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Convenient to Downtown And Parris Island has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is regularly available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property owner before booking the vacation home. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You'll need to work out what configuration is optimal for your vacation.
- Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable breeds and types before booking.
- Looking for specific amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.
Tips to have a terrific stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents many problems.
- Lock your rental property while you are gone! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
- Make a record of any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local spots.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
