Location, location, location! This Oceanfront home is just steps from the beach. Only one property away from beach access #13. Great vistas from all the rooms and the outside decks. The serene setting overlooks the dunes and ocean. You can hear the waves and the rustle of the palms. The outdoor decks are ideal for outdoor dining or appreciating a cup of coffee or a beverage.

This awe-inspiring 4-bedroom, 3,400 square foot home offers a tremendous experience for guests. Appreciate the newly modernized kitchen with a 10 foot center island, two sinks, double ovens, and new appliances.

There is plenty of space to appreciate your time together with two sizable great rooms and a Carolina room equipped with AC!

Lots of room for everybody to sleep with 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen beds.

The home comes with a 6 passenger ClubCar golf cart to discover the island.

Conveniences include WiFi, a washer/dryer, outdoor grille, and AC.

Please note there are NO FRIPP ISLAND AMENITY CARDS at this time.
Guests without amenities cards can use Spring Tide Market at the front of the island and Marina Deli. Spring Tide Market has a enormous menu including sandwiches, salads and family BBQ meals. Also available are snacks, beer/wine, essentials, beach/pool toys and apparel. Marina Deli offers salads and sandwiches. The Fripp Ship and Salt and Sea Mercantile are great places to shop for souvenirs, apparel, home decor and fun keepsakes. Island Excursion Units is available for kayak, SUP, bicycle and boat units/excursions. There are also an abundance of local companies available offering rental services that will deliver to you.

Animals must be pre-approved. There is a non-returnable pet fee of $200.
