The serene setting overlooks the dunes and ocean. You can hear the waves and the rustle of the palms. The outdoor decks are ideal for outdoor dining or appreciating a cup of coffee or a beverage.

This impressive 4-bedroom, 3,400 square foot home offers a tremendous experience for guests. Savor the newly refreshed kitchen with a 10 foot center island, two sinks, double ovens, and new appliances.

There is plenty of space to appreciate your time together with two enormous great rooms and a Carolina room equipped with AC!

Lots of room for everybody to sleep with 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen beds.

The home comes with a 6 passenger ClubCar golf cart to discover the island.

Conveniences include WiFi, a washer/dryer, outdoor grille, and AC.

Guests without luxury cards can use Spring Tide Market at the front of the island and Marina Deli. Spring Tide Market has a huge menu including sandwiches, salads and family BBQ meals. Also available are snacks, beer/wine, essentials, beach/pool toys and apparel. Marina Deli offers salads and sandwiches. The Fripp Ship and Salt and Sea Mercantile are great places to shop for souvenirs, apparel, home decor and fun keepsakes. Island Excursion Units is available for kayak, SUP, bicycle and boat units/excursions. There are also an abundance of local companies available offering rental services that will deliver to you.

Family Animals must be pre-approved. There is a non-returnable pet fee of $200.

Located in Fripp Island, Oceanfront 4-bedroom House on Lovely Fripp Island is on the beach. Penn Center and York W. Bailey Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club.
