Spend your vacation right in this beautiful two bedroom villa in the heart of Fripp Island. The villa is equipped with a full kitchen, a screened in porch, kitchen table that seats six, and a intelligent TV in the living room and flat screen in the master bedroom. There are two full baths, one in the hall and one in the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest room has 2 twin beds.

Back opens to the canal and broad marsh view, appreciate time fishing off the deck. The beach access at the Beach Club is a short walk, just across the street. Close distance to tennis courts, food court, pool, bars, and more.

We are glad to provide golf cart rental companies contact information, but we do not have a golf cart or guest cards.

Amenity cards are not available with the villa. They can not even be purchased additionally. Amenity cards are required to access Fripp's pools, golf courses, eateries, tennis courts, and food court. However, you can still access the beach and shop at Spring Tide Market & Deli, the Marina Deli, and Mango's Gift Shop without the luxury cards. We highly recommend stopping at Publix, Food Lion, or Walmart on Sea Island Parkway to get groceries and food before heading to the island. Fripp Island is really secluded and private so going "into town" for groceries will be at least a 20 min. drive. There are eateries along Sea Island Parkway.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Tips and Tricks for getting the perfect Fripp Island vacation home experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Beaufort, SC area. To book the most suitable rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Many property management companies supply Beaufort, SC area travel guide magazines that include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, SC visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Choosing the perfect vacation rental in the Beaufort, SC area:

  • Select a group leader, select your trip dates, and choose a spending budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Newly Renovated Beach Club Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is often available online. If not, email the property manager before you reserve the property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or charges might be applied to your contract.
  • Does your group require specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. .

Additional considerations:

  • Be sure you get the host's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
  • Document any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a fantastic source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a wonderful time? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
