The Sandbar, Island Bites, Beach Club, and adult and kid's pools are all within walking distance along with the beach. Bathrooms upgraded with new floor, showers and cabinets, along with a half bathroom added near front door. King bed on the first-floor primary bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom has a king bed and twin daybed with twin trundle, 3 TVs with Hargray Cable and high-speed wireless internet, a entirely equipped kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. Electric grille on the back deck!

From the back deck, you have a 180-degree view of the Harbor River at high tide, and at low tide the sprawling marshland is revealed, finished with the 175 species of birds that call Fripp Island home.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
