The second bedroom also offers a king bed and shares the hall bathroom—with a single vanity and tub/shower combo—with the bunk room, which includes two sets of bunk beds with trundles, providing flexible sleeping for families or groups.



The living area flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining, and calming spaces. The completely equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an in-cabinet microwave, and an electric stovetop-and-oven combination, with ample counter space for painless meal preparation. Just off the dining area, the wet bar includes a blender and sink, making entertaining effortless. The dining area, furnished with Ficks-Reed resort-quality furnishings, opens into the living room, which offers plenty of comfortable seating for guests.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
