Spend your days calming by one of the three pools, appreciating lunch at the poolside restaurant, or unwinding with a drink at the welcoming bar area. When you’re ready to discover, the supplied six-seat golf cart makes it painless to visit the island’s beach accesses, all just a short ride away.
Inside, the home is designed to make the most of its splendid coastal setting. The main living area, kitchen, and back deck all showcase gorgeous water vistas, creating the ideal backdrop for gathering with family and friends. The first floor features a comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed and a modest refrigerator close by, along with a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, one guest bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests with a twin bunk bed, twin daybed, and twin trundle, plus a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The roomy primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony, modest refrigerator, and the same beautiful vistas you’ll appreciate throughout the home. Its en-suite bath includes a soaking tub, double vanity, and separate shower stall. Mounted TVs in every bedroom provide an added touch of comfort and convenience.
Outside, the ground-level lounge area and gas grille create another relaxing space to savor the salty breeze and memorable scenery. From sunrise coffee on the deck to evenings under the stars, this home is the ideal place to settle into island time.
Family Animals are considered for this property. A max. of 2 dogs that are modest (no bigger than 20 pounds). FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
