The serene and broad marsh vistas, appreciated in all directions from the porches of this low country bungalow, are punctuated by a grandiose 100-year-old Live Oak tree located prominently in the front yard.

Located just off Bonita Drive, it offers simple and fast access to the beach, the Marina, Ocean Creek Golf Course, the Beach Club, the Cabana Club, the Racquet Club and so much more.

After a full day of adventure and activities, return home to rest and relax in the tranquility and peaceful of this secluded hideaway. The home features a huge screened-in porch that spans the entire back side of the home overlooking the marshland, a master suite on the main floor, a cavernous and comfortable living room with a fireplace, and an eat-in kitchen. Upstairs brings amazing vistas of the marshland and 2 more roomy bedrooms plus a additional room. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, a queen-sized bed plus a single bed. The additional room has a enormous flat-screen TV and a comfortable daybed that quickly turns into a full-sized double bed.
