Located just off Bonita Drive, it offers simple and fast access to the beach, the Marina, Ocean Creek Golf Course, the Beach Club, the Cabana Club, the Racquet Club and so much more.

The home features a enormous screened-in porch that spans the entire back side of the home overlooking the marshland, a master suite on the main floor, a cavernous and comfortable living room with a fireplace, and an eat-in kitchen. Upstairs brings amazing vistas of the marshland and 2 more roomy bedrooms plus a additional room. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, a queen-sized bed plus a single bed.
