Extensive dining room for all to savor a sitdown dinner. This home has two family rooms to allow for tons of space to rest and relax with family.  
This ranch style home has only 3 steps for simple access so it is ideal for guests of all ages. Appreciate spreading out in this 4,000 sq. ft. home, with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and room for up to 8 guests. Only a two min. golf cart or bycycle ride to many beach accesses. Explore the island, walk on the sand and get ready for a rejuvenating vacation! 
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
