Throughout the home, refinished wood floors, plantation shutters, new trim and crown molding provide a refined, bespoke-constructed feel.  Additional features include a tankless water heater, an outdoor shower, and ample parking for up to 4 cars and a golf cart.
This vacation home is conveniently located near all amenities; it's just a short golf cart drive to the beach, marina, kids's park, Camp Fripp, and the Cabana Club. A 4-seater golf cart is supplied with units until September 30, 2026.  Guests for stays beyond that date will be able to arrange for a cart rental, including delivery to the property, through the various outlets available close by.

Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
