Located on the first floor, the second and third bedrooms both contain 2 queen beds as well as featuring an ensuite bathroom in each. The bathrooms feature chic subway tiles, new vanities, and tiled floors with modern glass rolling shower doors.
Throughout the home, refinished wood floors, plantation shutters, new trim and crown molding provide a refined, bespoke-constructed feel.  Additional features include a tankless water heater, an outdoor shower, and ample parking for up to 4 cars and a golf cart.
This vacation home is conveniently located near all amenities; it's just a short golf cart drive to the beach, marina, kids's park, Camp Fripp, and the Cabana Club. A 4-seater golf cart is included with the rental.

Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
