Located in John Fripp Villas, Phase 3, The Lone Palm is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa, sleeping 8, is located beachfront with a charming view of the ocean and beach. A new boardwalk out to the beach is just steps away. The Lone Palm is an end unit with tons of windows and new furnishings with the comfort of the guests in mind. Features include a freshly expanded patio with a sun protection cover, ideal for those who want to appreciate the outdoors without getting too much sun. This first-floor unit has a sizable living room with new furnishings, a completely-equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove, and a laundry area with a new washer and new dryer. As in the song, The Lone Palm is where the owners find tranquility and calm and they hope you too can find a little respite from the rest of the world.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
