Features include a freshly expanded patio with a sun protection cover, ideal for those who want to savor the outdoors without getting too much sun. This first-floor unit has a huge living room with new furnishings, a completely-equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove, and a laundry area with a new washer and new dryer. As in the song, The Lone Palm is where the owners find tranquility and calm and they hope you too can find a little respite from the rest of the world.
