The Space:

Recently refreshed and new to rental program! Located in the esteemed River Club neighborhood, this freshly remodeled, striking 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront home offers enormous architecture, generous living spaces, and handsome water vistas stretching across the rear of the property.



A dramatic double staircase welcomes you into the home, where sweeping ocean vistas immediately set the tone. Straight ahead, the cavernous living room is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring a extravagant wraparound couch, wet bar, bespoke constructed-in cabinetry, and broad sliding glass doors that open to a sizable deck spanning the entire back of the home.



To the right of the entrance, the formal dining room comfortably seats eight and flows into a close by hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Adjacent is a guest bedroom outfitted with double sets of twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. At the rear of this wing is the first primary bedroom, offering a king bed, en suite bath with tub/shower combo, and direct access to the back deck and ocean vistas.



Between the dining room and living room sits the roomy kitchen, handsomely appointed with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a blue tile backsplash. A comfortable four-seat breakfast table and deck access complete this bright and functional space.



Just beyond the living room is the second primary suite, also featuring a king bed and direct deck access. The spa-like en suite bathroom is exceptionally huge and includes double vanities, a walk-in shower, a separate jetted tub, and mirrored closets.



The garage level offers even more space, including a fun additional room (not temperature-controlled) with a couch, TV, and a twin bunk bed, ideal for calming on laid-back vacation days. The laundry room is also on this level and includes full-size appliances, a sink, and a folding area. The two-car garage provides ample room for cars, beach gear, and bicycles.



Outside, the property continues to impress with a separate ground-level deck in the backyard, offering additional seating and a peaceful spot to savor the ocean breeze.

Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
