The Space:

Welcome to 756 Bonito, a beautiful two-story coastal getaway located on the charming south end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Ocean Marina and the Bonito Boathouse Restaurant, this delightfully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, golfers, and beach lovers alike.



Step inside to an inviting open floor plan designed for gathering and relaxation. The dining area flows seamlessly into the living room, creating the ideal space to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course.



The completely equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, a bottom-mount refrigerator, an electric stovetop oven with a mounted microwave, and island seating for three. Whether you're preparing a fast breakfast or a full family dinner, you'll have everything you need.



On the main level, you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a private ensuite bath (shower/tub combo) with convenient hall access. This room features a private balcony with two rocking chairs overlooking Bonito Road.



Upstairs, the second guest bedroom offers a queen bed plus a twin bed with a twin trundle, comfortably sleeping additional guests. It includes an ensuite bath (shower/tub combo) and access to a shared deck with seating overlooking Bonito Road. A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience.



The roomy primary suite features a king bed and spa-like ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Step onto the private deck where you’ll find additional seating and a hanging hammock, all overlooking the golf course.



The back porch is designed for appreciating Fripp’s handsome scenery. The upper tier is screened-in with a comfortable table for dining or calming. The lower deck features an outdoor sectional, a teak dining table that seats six, and both gas and charcoal grilles. Both levels overlook the fairway and the 17th hole at Ocean Creek Golf Course, offering calming vistas of the course and frequent wildlife sightings.
