The Space:

Step inside to an inviting open floor plan designed for gathering and relaxation. The dining area flows seamlessly into the living room, creating the ideal space to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course.



The entirely equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, a bottom-mount refrigerator, an electric stovetop oven with a mounted microwave, and island seating for three. Whether you're preparing a fast breakfast or a full family dinner, you'll have everything you need.



On the main level, you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a private ensuite bath (shower/tub combo) with convenient hall access. This room features a private balcony with two rocking chairs overlooking Bonito Road.



Upstairs, the second guest bedroom offers a queen bed plus a twin bed with a twin trundle, comfortably sleeping additional guests. It includes an ensuite bath (shower/tub combo) and access to a shared deck with seating overlooking Bonito Road. A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience.



The cavernous primary suite features a king bed and spa-like ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Step onto the private deck where you’ll find additional seating and a hanging hammock, all overlooking the golf course.
