You can savor sitting on the front porch swing with a glass of sweet tea, happy hour around the fire pit, dinner al fresco on the screen porch or take the bicycles for a ride around the neighborhood and appreciate the charming natural habitat of Habersham.

Marsh Cottage is across the street from the Habersham Park which has an exercise trail, 3 clay tennis courts, basketball court, playground, bocce ball court, and a community garden. Savor the short walk to the Habersham Marketplace which offers 4 eateries, 2 bars that host musical entertainment and a variety of cozy stores. The neighborhood amenities include a community pool, boat ramp and picnic pavilion and dock. Also, there are numerous catch and release ponds for fisherman to catch both saltwater and fresh fish.
