Inside, the home welcomes you with a bright and open layout designed for comfort and connection. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a comfortable breakfast nook. Just beyond, a dining area with seating for four flows seamlessly into the cozy living room. From here, step out onto the back deck to enjoy calming golf course vistas with the ocean shimmering in the distance.

Both bedrooms offer king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The primary suite features a double vanity and a roomy walk-in shower, while the second bedroom includes a tub/shower combination.
