Come and relax in this brand new home located in the trees on Fripp Island! Surrounded by marsh, appreciate spectacular vistas of both sunrise and sunset. This really unique octagonal "tree home" is both modern and comfortable. Although the the beach is only 5 mins. away via car or the supplied golf cart, you'll find it hard to leave this little slice of heaven. Take in the sights and sounds of wildlife from the deck, savor a drink in the shade, or fish from the crabbing dock just steps away.

THE SPACE:
This 840 square foot treehouse has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The kitchen. living room and dining are a single, open-concept space overlooking the marsh. There is a entirely-outfitted kitchen, intelligent TV in the living room, and washer/dryer supplied for your convenience.

The outside space includes Adirondack chairs, a shaded picnic table for outdoor dining, and 2 designated parking spots.

There is also community crabbing dock about 100 feet from the home.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will be able to access all parts of the home and property except for the lower level of the pedestal, which is used for storage.

THIS RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE AMENITY CARDS.
Fripp Island is unique in that it is a private island that has an individually owned homes and a resort. Amenity cards are required to access resort owned amenities, including all on-island eateries, tennis courts, golf courses, pools, and activities on resort properties. Amenity Cards are not required for beach access, the nature center, playgrounds, the Audubon trail and Spring Tide Market. (Fripp Island has so much to discover outside of the resort, that we've never felt we're missing out when we visit.)

OTHER THINGS OF NOTE:
Although included with the rental, Golf Cart access is contingent on signing a liability waiver.

If you have an RV or or boat, they cannot be parked on premise. Please contact Spring Tide Market for information of daily parking prices.

This is a smoke complimentary property. No smoking or vaping inside the home, on the porch, or on the property.

This home is only accessible by one full flight of stairs.

Although we curated this space with kids in mind (we have 2 little ones), please supervise kids when outside on the deck.
