The home’s private setting offers a relaxing getaway after a day at the beach while keeping you close to everything Fripp Island has to offer.

LIVING AND DINING

The comfortable living room provides plenty of space for everybody to relax, with a huge sectional, additional seating, a TV and a appealing fireplace-style feature for cozy evenings.

The dining table seats six, with three additional counter stools close by. The adjoining kitchen makes it painless to prepare family meals, beach snacks or a casual Lowcountry dinner at home.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom One
Queen bed with a dedicated full bathroom directly across the hall. The bathroom includes a shower.

Bedroom Two
Queen bed and bunk bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub-and-shower combination. This room is especially convenient for families with kids.

Bedroom Three
Located upstairs, this roomy getaway includes a queen bed, twin bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. A private sitting area and T.V. provide additional space for kids, teens or guests who want a peaceful place to relax.

Loft Workspace
A modest loft office and high-speed internet make it possible to work remotely, attend virtual meetings or extend your stay beyond a traditional vacation week.

FRIPP ISLAND RESORT AMENITY CARDS

Fripp Island Resort conveniences cards are optional and may be purchased for guests who want access to participating resort pools, eateries, bars, golf, tennis and certain other resort facilities.

Each guest age 13 or older must have an individual luxury card to access these facilities. When conveniences cards are purchased, Fripp Island Resort assesses an additional resort fee equal to 12.8% of the rental amount, in addition to the cost of the cards. These costs are established by Fripp Island Resort and are separate from the rental rate.

PET POLICY

Pre-approved family pets are welcome. The nonrefundable pet fee is $100 for the first pet and $50 for each additional approved pet. All pets must receive approval before arrival. Additional charges apply for unapproved pets.

EXTENDED WINTER STAYS

Looking for a peaceful coastal escape for a month or longer? Splash of Chic is available for select extended stays during the winter season. The home’s high-speed internet, dedicated workspace, three full bathrooms and peaceful marsh-front setting make it especially comfortable for remote work, snowbird stays or an extended change of scenery.

Family Pets - allowed

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
