Charming coastal bungalow in the heart of Old Port Royal Village on 9th Street! We know you will find all the amenities of home here and appreciate time with your family in our friendly, laid back, amazing community! Whether you want to watch the boats go by on the porch or discover all the area has to offer, our home is the ideal hideaway.

Appreciate a sunset/water view from one of our two porches! Walk along the water to Sand’s Beach and the Boardwalk where you can look for dolphins and turtles.

Nature lovers will also savor our trails at the Cypress Wetlands and viewing the migratory birds that nest in this unique, protected setting. Bird wildlife include shorebirds, wading birds, raptors, white ibis, herons, and egrets.

Paris Avenue, the main street in the Village of Port Royal is just half a block from your front door. With a layout similar to Charleston, Beaufort and Savannah the walking neighborhood is filled with eateries and stores. Savor the cozy coffee stores, breakfast cafes, barbeque, seafood, and pizza parlors all within walking distance! Enjoy the newly added brewery, Shellring Aleworks, located just steps from the property!

We are a five-min. drive from Parris Island, and a ten-min. drive to quaint, historic downtown Beaufort. History buffs will enjoy downtown Beaufort's many historical sites. Stop by the visitor center on Craven Street for information and be sure to take a buggy tour of the town. Art galleries and boutique stores, gift and souvenir stores, antiques dealers, specialty clothing stores all in downtown Beaufort. Enjoy an ice cream cone while sitting on one of the swings at the Henry C. Chambers waterfront park looking over the river.

Located in Port Royal, this vacation home is on a river. Cat Island Driving Range and Sanctuary Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cypress Wetlands and The Sands. Sea Wolf Charters and Coastal Discovery Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
