The third bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. A two-sided garage gives you plenty of room for bicycles, beach chairs, and all the gear that comes with island living.
Step outside and savor the laid-back outdoor lifestyle Fripp is known for. The huge deck and covered porch offer the ideal place to start your day with coffee and birdsong or wind down with family dinners and evening conversations. Fire up the charcoal grille for a casual cookout, then rinse off afterward in the outdoor shower after a long day of sun and salt air.
A 4-seat golf cart is included with your stay, making it simple to discover the island at your own pace. Cruise over to the beach, check out the island amenities, or take a sunset ride through Fripp’s peaceful roads and spectacular marsh vistas.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
