This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has room for up to 6 guests. The open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen are ideal for family gatherings and spending time together watching movies, playing board games and cooking up the ideal “at home” meal. The vaulted ceilings and enormous windows make the spaces bright and airy with coastal touches throughout.
The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare fast snacks or gourmet meals. An adjacent wet bar offers more entertaining space. There is also plenty of island seating for breakfast and is ideal for the kids to help with the cooking.
The primary king includes a full ensuite bath for a comfortable, beautiful stay. Two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
