Welcome to the best of Lowcountry living.  This gorgeous island home is located in the peaceful community of Sawgrass Bluff and comes with a 4-passenger golf cart for use during each stay.  Savor an evening calming on the back screened-in porch overlooking the peaceful lagoon or take a dip in the neighborhood pool within walking distance!  This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has room for up to 6 guests. The open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen are ideal for family gatherings and spending time together watching movies, playing board games and cooking up the ideal “at home” meal.  The vaulted ceilings and sizable windows make the spaces bright and airy with coastal touches throughout.
The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare fast snacks or gourmet meals. An adjacent wet bar offers more entertaining space. There is also plenty of island seating for breakfast and is ideal for the kids to help with the cooking.
The primary king includes a full ensuite bath for a comfortable, chic stay.  Two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

 
Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

The garage is suitable for a modest boat.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
