Step into this striking Lowcountry home and savor the pretty fountain and vistas of Deer Lake.  The enormous back deck (refreshed in April 2025) is ideal for calming with your favorite book or grilling up a “home-cooked” meal for the family.  In the evenings, gather around the firepit for storytelling, smores and appreciating the fresh island air. 
A short walk or golf cart ride will get you to the close by community playground and pool, hiking trails and of course the striking beaches of Fripp Island. Beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, modest ice chest, and beach towels are supplied.
Inside this freshly remodeled property you’ll find soaring ceilings and huge open concept living all centered around a comfortable fireplace.  There is plenty of room for 6 guests in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.  The kitchen has everything you need for fast snack or special occasion dinners and the adjacent dining area is warm and inviting. All new appliances in the kitchen as well as new washer and dryer.
The primary ensuite has a king bed along with a full bath that was just updated in 2024.  The queen and twin guest rooms share a full bath (updated late 2024).
If you have a furbaby, be sure and pack his or her treats as this property is pet friendly. 
Appreciate the peaceful side of Fripp and take in all the island has to offer including striking wildlife, kayaking and more. A 6-seater golf cart is supplied so everybody can ride together. 
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to appreciate Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to gorgeous beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, breathtaking island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where impressive waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
