Features include a cavernous outside deck, pretty ocean vistas, and a gas grille for all of your BBQ meals. It accommodates up to 12 people and offers impressive patio vistas of the ocean.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 12 guest cards,These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
