141 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a first-floor unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Exercise Center, and Guest Services. This newly modernized, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is beautiful and ideal for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being within walking distance from the beach.
Features include a roomy outside deck, gorgeous ocean vistas, and a gas grille for all of your BBQ meals. It accommodates up to 12 people and offers gorgeous patio vistas of the ocean.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 12 guest cards,These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
