141 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a first-floor unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Exercise Center, and Guest Services. This newly remodeled, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is handsome and ideal for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being within walking distance from the beach.

Features include a roomy outside deck, elegant ocean vistas, and a gas grille for all of your BBQ meals. It accommodates up to 8 people and offers striking patio vistas of the ocean.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards, a value of up to $600 These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
