Spectacular marsh vistas and sunsets in this striking 3 bedroom, 2 bath low country bungalow
This home is in one of the most serene neighborhoods on the island. We are located at the end of a private street, surrounded by striking marshes, adjacent to the marsh walk and crabbing/fishing dock with access to the private neighborhood swimming pool that is close by. The home comes complete with a golf cart, kayaks, beach chairs and toys. Amenity cards are available for purchase. Amenity cards are required to access resort amenities: swimming pools, eateries, bars, tennis, golf and more. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
This is a freshly refreshed, comfortable, feel-good home. When you enter the home, a feeling of calm washes over you, and you are immediately taken in by the extraordinary vistas. Appreciate a 180 degree view of handsome marshes, wildlife, and the nature that is Fripp Island. From the decks, patio, kitchen, dining and den you will be looking up Old House Creek, appreciating the spectacular vistas and sunsets over the marsh. The home provides a outstanding setting for outdoor meals on the screened-in back deck or for catching sun on the open deck, while enjoying the multitude of deer and marsh birds. Downstairs, there's an outdoor shower and a propane grille for guests. The fishing from the crab dock is usually amazing and you will appreciate the fish cleaning station on the patio.
The home has 3 bedrooms, all separated for privacy. The main bedroom has the primary bath and laundry room adjacent. This bathroom has a giant walk in tile shower. The two remaining bedrooms are separated by a jack & jill bathroom with a tiled shower/tub. There is an outside shower is convenient when coming home from a day at the beach or kayaking in the marsh.
