King beds in both bedrooms with 2 refreshed en suite bathrooms with freshly updated showers. 3rd full bathroom in the hallway accepts for simple access for guests. Features include alluring granite countertops throughout, new furnishings and sliders. The kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you will need including a full-size oven and microwave. Full size washer and dryer, 3 TV's with Hargray cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. Amazing view off the back deck. Public grilling area will suit all your outdoor grilling needs.

The Village of Newhaven is a cozy oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. Just steps away from pool, golf course and striking beach at low tide. The complex has a charmingly landscaped courtyard.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island Bites for some ice cream!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
