609 New Haven is a modern first floor unit with impressive ocean vistas. This 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo has a enormous open floor plan accepting for socializing and being together. New tasteful furnishings throughout the home! This property will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

There are king beds in both bedrooms with 2 refreshed en suite bathrooms with freshly updated showers. 3rd full bathroom in the hallway with tub shower combo accepts for painless access for guests. Features include striking granite countertops throughout, new furnishings and sliders. The kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you will need including a full-size oven, Keurig and drip coffee maker, crock pot, microwave, refrigerator and washer and dryer. 3 TV's with Hargray cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. Amazing view off the back deck, while the front deck has a public grilling area and gorgeous courtyard.

Parking is supplied in the parking garage under the New Haven facility. You may park in the space labeled 609NH or a guest spot. The owner is also providing to you their personal golf cart storage area next to their parking space to allow you to park your resort golf cart with ease. The key to this space will be in the unit.

The Village of Newhaven is a cozy oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. Just steps away from pool, golf course and elegant beach at low tide. The complex has a handsomely landscaped courtyard.

Outside, appreciate the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle sea breezes from your balcony. Simple access to the beach at low tide, Ocean Point Grille, Ocean Point Golf course, Pro Shop, pools, and other resort amenities, you'll have everything you need for a fun and calming vacation!

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island Bites for some ice cream!

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
