The Space:

609 Newhaven is a modern first-floor unit with extraordinary ocean vistas. This 2-bedroom, 3-bath condo has a huge open floor plan, accepting for socializing and being together. New tasteful furnishings throughout the home! This property will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.



There are king beds in both bedrooms with 2 refreshed en suite bathrooms with freshly updated showers. 3rd full bathroom in the hallway, with a tub-and-shower combo, accepts simple access for guests. Features include gorgeous granite countertops throughout, new furnishings, and sliders. The kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you will need, including a full-size oven, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, a crock pot, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. 3 TV's with Hargray cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. Amazing view off the back deck, while the front deck has a public grilling area and a elegant courtyard.



Parking is supplied in the parking garage under the Newhaven facility. You may park in the space labeled 609NH or a guest spot. The owner is also providing you with their personal golf cart storage area next to their parking space to allow you to park your resort golf cart with ease. The key to this space will be in the unit.



The Village of Newhaven is a cozy oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. Just steps away from the pool, golf course, and gorgeous beach at low tide. The complex has a delightfully landscaped courtyard.



From your balcony, appreciate the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle sea breezes. Painless access to the beach at low tide, OP Bar & Grille, Ocean Point Golf Links, Pro Shop, pools, and other resort amenities, you'll have everything you need for a fun and calming vacation!



A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island Bites for some ice cream!



Guest Cards Supplied:

Also supplied in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
