The Space:

Welcome to this handsomely appointed a home in Sawgrass, a beautiful two-story getaway that comfortably sleeps up to six guests. With one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and a twin daybed, this inviting home is ideal for families or modest groups looking for a relaxing island hideaway.



The open-concept main level features a well-supplied kitchen with white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A convenient island provides additional seating and workspace, while the adjacent dining area offers a four-top table. A stackable washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen for added convenience.



The living room is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and broad vistas of the marsh. Extensive windows bring the beauty of the outdoors in, while access to the back deck makes it painless to step outside and savor the scenery.



The main-level bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.



A spiral staircase leads upstairs to an open loft-style sleeping area overlooking the living room. Please note that this area is not enclosed. The upstairs features a king-size bed and twin daybed, along with a second bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combination.



Step outside to the screened-in back porch and appreciate peaceful marsh vistas and ample wildlife. It’s the ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the natural beauty surrounding the home.



The private courtyard offers even more outdoor space, complete with a modest propane fire pit and gas grille—ideal for gathering with family and friends after a day of exploring the island.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
