Inside the Airstream, you will find a cozy and thoughtfully arranged space with everything needed for a calming stay. The interior is compact, cozy, and efficient, with sleeping space, climate control, a bathroom, a kitchenette, WiFi, and room to settle in after a day exploring the Lowcountry.

Outside is where The Tidal Tin really shines. Guests can appreciate calming marsh vistas, peaceful mornings, Lowcountry sunsets, café lights, outdoor seating, a gas fire pit, and a stock tank pool. It is a simple, laid-back setting constructed for slowing down, relaxing, and appreciating the natural surroundings.

Guests have private access to The Tidal Tin during their stay. The property uses a wireless lockbox for simple self check-in. Your access code will be set to the last four digits of the cell phone number on your reservation and will be active for your stay. Full check-in details will be sent before arrival.

A car is recommended for getting around Beaufort and the surrounding Lowcountry area. The Tidal Tin is a short drive from downtown Beaufort, Port Royal, local eateries, stores, coffee spots, boat landings, and Parris Island. Rideshare options may be available at times, but they can be limited, so having your own car is the best option. Parking is available on-site for guests.

The property is located in a peaceful residential area. We ask guests to respect the relaxing setting, avoid excessive noise, and observe peaceful hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, and unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.

Because The Tidal Tin is located in a natural Lowcountry marsh setting, guests may see wildlife, insects, changing tides, and occasional marsh smells depending on weather and tide conditions. This is part of the setting and part of the appeal of staying near the marsh.

The water comes from a private well and is highly filtered, but guests may notice that it feels different than city water. Bottled water is recommended if you prefer.

The stock tank pool, fire pit, and outdoor areas are available for guest enjoyment. Please use them responsibly and at your own risk. No glass is allowed near the pool area. The fire pit should never be left unattended and must be entirely turned off after use.
