Colonial style home with double porches and distant river vistas ideally located on Lady's Island 1 mile from historic downtown Beaufort & a 10th of a mile from Factory Creek landing. This handsome and cavernous 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home is only 6 miles from Parris Island!

Side entry covered porch opens to welcoming comfortable entry with adjacent living/family room to right & open kitchen/dining/sun room to left. 1st floor also features a full bathroom, utility room with washer/dryer, 9 ft ceilings & heart pine floor.

The Carolina room off of the kitchen has a fold out futon. Off of the Carolina room is a roomy bespoke deck with constructed in seating. 2nd floor features sizable master suite with huge bedroom, and connected 3rd bedroom (must go through master bedroom to access this bedroom), master bath with whirlpool, separate shower & humongous walk in closet. Also on 2nd floor is a 2nd bedroom suite with private bath. There is a doorway between the two bedroom suites that leads to the upstairs covered porch. Appreciate exhilarating breezes while you take in the water view in the distance just off of Sea Island Parkway, only a tenth of a mile away.
