Welcome to this comfortable two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath duplex located in the heart of the historic town of Port Royal, South Carolina. Perfectly located within walking distance to local stores, eateries, and the Port Royal Brewery, this home offers the ideal Lowcountry hideaway.
The first floor features an inviting living room, a completely equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bath. Step outside to the back porch with seating and a modest fenced-in yard complete with a charcoal grille — ideal for calming after a day of exploring. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. Both rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
