Introducing "Feelin' Fripp Sea," a brand new 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home that comfortably accommodates 8 guests. This Charleston-style getaway, finished in 2024, offers a prime location overlooking the 17th fairway of the Davis Appreciate III designed Ocean Creek Golf Course. From the multiple shaded porches, guests can savor the serene vistas of handsome Snowy Egrets, Blue Herons, Deer, and other wildlife.
This new island home is designed for open concept living and is furnished with coastal elements throughout.  The enormous living room offers plenty of seating for family movie nights and calming after a day at the beach.  French doors lead out the screen in patio, ideal for dining alfresco.
The adjoining kitchen is bright and airy providing all you need for fast snacks and home-made meals.  The center island provides additional seating, and the dining area is just off to the side.
A queen guest room downstairs has an ensuite bath and access to the relaxing porch.  This property offers a second floor, King primary ensuite as well as an additional queen guest room with porch access.  A murphy bed in that queen guest room is full size with a limited weight capacity, meant for smaller kids.
Free golf cart and bicycles are supplied for your stay. Additionally you’ll find an XL ice maker in the garage for your cooler needs and a new ping pong table. For your convenience you’ll find beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and a beach wagon too!!!
"Feelin' Fripp Sea" is located in one of Fripp Island's most sought-after neighborhoods, just a short walk or bicycle ride from Fripp's Finest Beach. Guests will also find themselves in close proximity to Fripp Resort's pools, dining options, golf courses, tennis facilities, Cabana Club, Marina, and more.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee and purchase damage insurance. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. We require flea/tick prevenative on all family pets.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere. 
There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an luxury card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a huge menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and other stores are fun to go into for your ideal souvenir. You do not need an luxury card for golf cart, kayak, bicycle, etc. units as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you. The community center activities also do not require a card.




Family Animals - allowed


If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
