This home features Carrera quartz countertops in all bathrooms and the kitchen. The primary bedroom is upstairs and includes an en-suite bathroom with dual showerheads, 2 sinks, and a king bed with handsome ocean/marsh vistas. The lounge and laundry area are located between the primary and guest bedrooms. The guest bedroom upstairs has an en-suite bathroom with a tub shower combo, 2 sinks, and 2 queen beds. The 3rd bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a queen bed with a full hallway bathroom for simple access. This property is not pet-friendly.



Features of the home include a screened-in back porch, a deck off both front bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and a completely equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes new appliances and an ice maker in the refrigerator. Don't feel like cooking tonight? Walk across the street to the Bonito Boathouse restaurant to appreciate a taste of Lowcountry cooking.
