This home was originally constructed on the Marine base at Parris Island. In 2008 we added a fireplace bay and a dinning bay in the living room and two walk-in closets in the bedrooms +made a coat closet in the hallway. It is now a full functioning home with cathedral ceilings and fans throughout, heart pine floor and even a claw-foot bathtub. Most people who walk in the front door for the first time fall in appreciate with it.

Our top Rental booking tips and tricks:

When to book a Beaufort, SC rental home & When to go:

  • Summer months are high season in Beaufort. Reserve your rental home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local Beaufort, SC area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guide magazines contain money saving offers on local tours and attractions.

  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers bothering your peace. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would have not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
