Sable Serenity takes advantage of the latest innovations in bed technology. The master bedroom and main guest bedroom have a king & queen Sleep Number bed. Please make use of the remote on the bedside dresser to adjust the firmness/softness of the bed. The master bedroom has a private en suite bathroom and sizable windows overlooking the marsh. The main guest bedroom shares a hallway bath with the last bedroom, which has two full beds. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo! Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room provide a comfortable ambiance throughout.

Sabal Serenity features a freshly refreshed kitchen with granite countertops and all the essential amenities and silverware. There is a countertop ice maker, new full-size refrigerator and a gas stove for your cooking enjoyment. All bedrooms and the living room come equipped with enormous Roku TVs and high-speed wireless internet for streaming your favorite shows. Every room has its own mini-split AC unit providing you with max. comfort according to your temperature preference (directions to help you use these units are on the remote in each bedroom). The View:
Appreciate your huge entirely furnished screened in porch while looking out into the marsh. Step out onto the deck to get a closer view of the Harbor River accepting you the best chances of spotting some of the 175 species of birds that call Fripp Island home.

Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to a large number of whitetail deer. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
Fripp Island is a gated island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. With two championship golf courses, five swimming pools, 10 tennis courts and a three-and-a-half-mile beach, Fripp is an unspoiled treasure. The island has a full-service marina, with water sports units are available.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!

About the Area

Located in Fripp Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Penn Center and York W.
