The Space:

860 Sabal Court is a three-bedroom, two-bath marsh-view home located on the north end of Fripp Island. Tucked into a cul-de-sac, the home accommodates up to eight guests and features a enormous screened porch, an outdoor deck, a refreshed kitchen, and vistas of the surrounding marsh. A close by boardwalk provides another way to get out and appreciate the marsh and Harbor River area.



The living room provides plenty of seating for the group, along with a huge Roku TV. Giant windows throughout the home bring in natural light and take advantage of the marsh vistas. Each bedroom and the living room have their own mini-split heating and cooling unit, accepting guests to adjust the temperature in individual rooms.



The remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, countertop ice maker, and the cookware and silverware needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area is located close by, keeping the main gathering spaces together.



The primary bedroom has a king-size Sleep Number bed, sizable windows overlooking the marsh, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size Sleep Number bed, while the third bedroom has two full-size beds. The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms have tub and shower combinations.



One of the main features of the home is the huge screened-in porch overlooking the marsh. It is completely furnished with plenty of seating and provides a comfortable outdoor space for meals, morning coffee, or spending time together. Just outside the screened porch, the open deck offers additional seating and a gas grille.



The home is pet-friendly for dogs, so guests can bring their dog along for their stay.



A four-seat Fripp Island Resort golf cart is supplied with the rental. Please note that the separate golf cart located in the backyard belongs to the owner and is not available for guest use. The supplied rental cart makes it painless to get to the beach, pools, eateries, marina, golf courses, and other areas around the island.



Up to eight Fripp Island Resort guest cards are included with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many Resort amenities, including pools, eateries and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the exercise center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located roughly 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, eateries, walking and cycling paths, and equipment units.



Wildlife is common throughout the island, including whitetail deer and a variety of coastal birds. The marsh setting at 860 Sabal Court provides plenty of opportunities to watch local wildlife right from the screened porch and deck.
