Welcome to 712 Sea Dragon, a delightfully refreshed 3-bedroom, 2-bath getaway designed for casual coastal living. This open-concept home, located steps away from beach access, blends modern elegance with Lowcountry appeal, making it the ideal hideaway for families and friends.

Inside, the fresh kitchen features matte white Café appliances, granite countertops, a cavernous pantry, and a huge island with seating for four. Gather around the dining table for eight for family meals, or savor casual bites at the island bar.

The primary king suite, decorated in calming creams and whites, offers access to the screened porch and a spa-inspired en suite with a walk-in shower. A second queen bedroom, dressed in blues and whites, brings classic coastal flair. The third bedroom includes a queen bed plus twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a convenient tub/shower combo.

Outdoor living is at its best with a screened porch, an open deck ideal for grilling, and a fenced backyard complete with an outdoor shower and hot tub. Under the front stairs, you’ll find a gorgeous picnic area with a swing, offering a shady spot to relax after a day at the beach.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 11 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
