Welcome to Fripp Island! Watch the sunset over the Fripp Island Marina with broad marsh vistas from the living area, kitchen, some bedrooms and the sizable deck. This home has four bedrooms and three full baths. Three bedrooms have king beds in them. One bedroom has two queens. There is also a pull out queen couch in a semi-private room for additional guests. Three full baths all have combo tub/showers in them. This home is located near the center of the island in the Sawgrass Bluff neighborhood. You have pool access without having to purchase luxury cards. It is a short walk/bicycle ride/cart rode away. A crabbing dock in Sawgrass Bluff is available for your use. All amenities of Fripp are just a short golf cart ride away. The huge deck on the rear of the home overlooks the marsh. Watch the sunset directly over the Fripp Island Marina.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King Bed with attached full bathroom, TV.

Bedroom 2: King Bed with shared attached Jack and Jill full bathroom.

Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds with shared attached Jack and Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 4: King bed with no attached bathroom. Full hall bathroom just a few steps out of the room.

Bedroom 5: Pull out Queen couch bed. This room has a TV in it and has 2 doors so it can be private. To access two of the bedrooms, you do need to walk through this room.

GUEST CARDS - Guest cards are only needed to access certain amenities on the island (such as the resort pools, golf course and eateries). You do NOT need a Guest card to access the beach. Only those 13 years and older need a Guest Card. Should you wish to purchase cards, please let us know after you have booked the property.

**The Fripp Island Resort has instituted a new fee on the purchase of guest club cards for all reservations booked after 3/3/2023. This fee (12.8%) will be assessed on the gross rental total of the booking (nightly rate x #nights) and will be in addition to the price of the club cards. This fee is only collected if club cards are purchased by the guest. Please be aware that this is not a fee passed on to the individual owner but rather assessed by and paid to the Fripp Island Resort.**
