- Any type of event must be approved beforehand (typically not an issue, we just like to know). Also, sizable gatherings, such as weddings and get-togethers, are prohibited unless specifically approved by the City.
- No family pets allowed without permission. If there is a pet on premise without permission, you will be charged $300 minimum.
- No smoking inside, or you will be charged $300. It’s complimentary to smoke outside.
