Appreciate an exceptional beach vacation in this 2-story, oceanfront villa that offers handsome vistas of over 3 miles of gorgeous Fripp Island beach. With 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, this villa has plenty of room for up to 7 guests.  Take in nature from your private balcony and when you’re ready for a dip, head to the beach or the private community pool, both just steps away.
The kitchen has everything you need for family meals and the calming living area provides the ideal place for a movie nighttime or just catching up.  All of the essentials are set up for your arrival; and, for additional needs, Springtide Market & Deli offers groceries, sundries, grab-and-go meals, liquor, beach accessories and more.
Sleeping arrangements include one king-size bed in the master bedroom plus one queen and one twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is a queen self-inflatable air bed for an additional two people.
Centrally located, you are close to all the great features of the island, including the elegant beaches, hiking trails and spectacular hideaways. Private parking spaces are conveniently located behind the building, so you have a convenient location to park your car. This is a great island for cycling as there are bicycle paths and little traffic so bring your bicycles and discover while appreciating the wildlife - you are sure to see deer. 
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  Family Animals no bigger than 40lbs. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
There are plenty of fishing charter companies in the area and close by Lady’s Island and Beaufort offer great dining options.  Get out and discover Hunting Island State Park; the Sea Islands offer a great place to build forever memories. Fripp has everything you need for a safe, family holiday away from home.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.

No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to savor Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to striking beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, breathtaking island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where appealing waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!




Pets - allowed


If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
