The space

The home features an open floorplan, intelligent TVs in every room, with plenty of space for entertaining. Cook in the well supplied chef's kitchen or appreciate grilling on the Weber Grille while watching the boats pass by. The dining and living area seamlessly meet the Carolina room overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Savor the handsome sunrises from the deck or sunroom.

The master br is located on the main floor with enormous en-suite spa bath and there are two cavernous getaway bedrooms upstairs with a brand new hotel style shower with tile throughout.

Take in the lowcountry breezes from the fenced backyard, complete with a patio and firepit. The true highlight is the multi-level deck and stairs that take you to the banks of the Beaufort River.

Full access to entire home, including master (king bed) with en-suite including spa tub and shower on main floor. Upstairs room 1 is a king bed; room 2 has two double beds. Shared completely refreshed modern bathroom with tiled shower.

Intelligent TVs do not have cable, but you can log in to streaming apps.

Garage is also available for use if you need to store items such as kayaks, fishing poles, etc.

Renters must be 25 or older to reserve our property. Parties or groups above the occupancy are stringently forbidden. Neighbors will report to authorities.

There is room in the driveway to park 4 cars.

Per HOA Guidelines:
Absolutely no RV's, upsized vans, campers, boat trailers, other trailers or motorbikes are allowed to be parked in the driveway.

No street parking is allowed in Port Royal Landing to allow for emergency car access.
