Hop in the included golf cart and experience the island like a local.Hyp-Nautic Vistas, located at the peaceful, northern tip of the island, features a private community pool on the ocean and is surrounded by the Ocean Point golf course in the North Hampton community.
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. All family pets must be up to date on vaccinations and tick/flea treatments to be considered with reservation. Number of pets allowed: 1 (dogs only). Pet weight requirement: no more than 65 lbs. NO SMOKING ACCEPTED! 
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to savor Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to gorgeous beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, spectacular island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where beautiful waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
