About a mile to Parris Island, Centrally located in Beaufort next to eateries, beaches & local shopping all in a modest country setting. Smoke-Free Home! Ranch style, open floor plan.
NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED. I do have another home near by that is pet friendly, just ask. Park & tennis courts are also in walking distance. Fishing and boat dock is less than one mile. We rent out our kayaks! 45 mins. from Savannah Airport & 90 mins. from Charleston Airport. No parking on grass! Blocking or disconnecting cameras or sensors is grounds for immediate removal without refund.
