This newly modernized three bedroom, two bath home sits across the street from a gorgeous pond with a fountain, making it a great spot to view wildlife in their natural habitat while also overlooking the 16th green on Ocean Creek Golf Course. Features include a gas grille and second refrigerator in the garage, a front screened in porch, new porch furnishings, wireless Internet, and close walk to the beach! It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and will undoubtedly be the best vacation of your dreams!
Club cards are available for purchase. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, eateries and bars, swimming pools, and more. 
Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
