Custom constructed home with 3 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Baths. Home is conveniently located in downtown Beaufort.

Main bedroom is downstairs with a king sized bed. Main bath has a complimentary standing soaker tub (ideal for soaking your anxiety away ☺) there is also a walk-in shower. Main bedroom has direct access to backyard with outdoor shower that has hot water and curtains for full privacy.

Upstairs you will find bedroom #2 with a queen sized bed and bedroom #3 with twin beds. There is a full bath upstairs also with a tub/shower combo. For convenience the 1/2 bath is located in downstairs hallway.

House is attractively appointed 9lots of fun art) and has wood floors throughout with tiled baths. All bedrooms have 43” Intelligent TVs and there is a 50” Intelligent TV and DVD/Blue Ray Player in the den. Chef's kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need to prepare the ideal low country recipe.

The front porch has comfortable calming furnishings where you can savor your coffee, drink or just listen to the gurgling water feature. Porch is semi-secluded with mature landscape…there is even a river view between homes across street. House is located on a cute, compact lot that is entirely fenced with tandem parking for two cars. Additional parking in front of home is also available.

Bay Street is about a 15-min. walk and is loaded with some of our favorite eateries in South Carolina as well as countless eclectic stores and art galleries. Pretty Pigeon Point Park is right next door and Pigeon Point Boat Landing is less than ½ mile, where you can go crabbing, fishing, or watch the gorgeous sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway. Parris Island is a 15-min. drive while Hunting Island State Park/Beach is around a 25-min. drive.
