There are very few homes that have it all, and 313 Ocean Point is one of those homes. Literal steps from the golf course and the ocean, you can access a community pool and one of our fashionable eateries with a short walk or golf cart ride. Three bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of room to spread out.
A cavernous king bedroom awaits to the right of the entry door after the convenient half bath. It has a deck entrance, as well as a giant bathroom. Also, on the main level, the well-supplied kitchen is ready for huge family meals and features extras like an additional mini refrigerator and water cooler—the comfortable living room with windows overlooking the golf course and ocean rounds out the level. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer many sleeping options. The right side bedroom has a queen bed and two twins, while the left side bedroom has a queen bed and one twin. A sizeable jack-and-jill bathroom connects them.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike those of others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
