The Space:

There are very few homes that have it all, and 313 Ocean Point is one of those homes. Literal steps from the golf course and the ocean, you can access a community pool and one of our trendy eateries with a short walk or golf cart ride. Three bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of room to spread out.



A cavernous king bedroom awaits to the right of the entry door after the convenient half bath. It has a deck entrance, as well as a humongous bathroom. Also, on the main level, the well-supplied kitchen is ready for sizable family meals and features extras like an additional mini refrigerator and water cooler—the comfortable living room with windows overlooking the golf course and ocean rounds out the level. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer many sleeping options. The right side bedroom has a queen bed and two twins, while the left side bedroom has a queen bed and one twin. A sizeable jack-and-jill bathroom connects them.



During your stay, take advantage of the supplied 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural spectacular beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.
