The upper level is the heart of the home, where six skylights fill the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a enormous island, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living spaces—ideal for family meals, entertaining, and gathering together. The dining area includes a table that seats six, while the enclosed sunroom offers gorgeous golf course vistas and additional dining with a four-top table, along with a comfortable sitting area. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, casual meals, or calming while taking in the scenery. A convenient half bathroom completes the upper level.



Downstairs, three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. The private primary suite features a king-size bed, cavernous walk-in shower, and a peaceful den with a full-size desk, making it ideal for remote work or private calls. The den also includes a bunk bed with a full-size lower bunk, providing additional sleeping space for families or groups. Please note that the den is open and not enclosed by doors.



Two additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two full-size beds. Both bedrooms feature intelligent TVs. A hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a convenient laundry room are also located on the lower level.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
