This two-story residence features an inverted floor plan with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, offering a comfortable haven for families or groups. On the main floor, you’ll find three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a cavernous walk-in shower. An attached den in the primary suite includes a set of bunk beds, ideal for families with young kids or guests requiring flexible sleeping arrangements. Grand windows in the suite offer enchanting vistas of the surrounding landscape. Down the hall, two additional bedrooms provide cozy accommodations—one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds, both equipped with intelligent TVs.

For your convenience, the first floor also includes a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer, along with a second full bathroom featuring a tub-shower combination.

The upper level features a bright, open floor plan illuminated by six skylights, creating an inviting and airy space to relax and entertain. The kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and an broad island, flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas.
