The lower level provides accommodations for up to ten guests. The primary suite features a new king bed and an en suite bathroom with a spa-like walk-in shower and double-sink vanity, creating a true private getaway. The suite also includes an open den with a full-size desk, ideal for remote work or peaceful moments. Within the den, a bunk bed with a full-size lower bunk offers flexible sleeping arrangements without compromising comfort, while three sizable windows overlook the golf course, filling the space with natural light.
Two additional guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds—are charmingly furnished and include intelligent TVs. Both bedrooms share access to a hall bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination and a single-sink vanity.
