This light-filled, two-story home features an inverted floor plan designed to maximize its breathtaking golf course vistas. With all-new floor throughout and fresh paint, the home feels bright, fresh, and inviting from the moment you arrive.



The upper level is the heart of the home, where six skylights fill the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a sizable island, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living spaces—ideal for family meals, entertaining, and gathering together. The dining area includes a table that seats six, while the enclosed sunroom offers handsome golf course vistas and additional dining with a four-top table, along with a comfortable sitting area. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, casual meals, or calming while taking in the scenery. A convenient half bathroom completes the upper level.



Downstairs, three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. The private primary suite features a king-size bed, cavernous walk-in shower, and a peaceful den with a full-size desk, making it ideal for remote work or private calls. The den also includes a bunk bed with a full-size lower bunk, providing additional sleeping space for families or groups. Please note that the den is open and not enclosed by doors.



Two additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two full-size beds. Both bedrooms feature intelligent TVs. A hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a convenient laundry room are also located on the lower level.



The broad three-car garage offers ample space for cars and golf carts and is supplied with beach essentials, including beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, and a pull cart for transporting your gear. The garage opens directly onto an outdoor patio with a grille, creating an painless and inviting space for family cookouts and appreciating the island breeze.



A four-seat golf cart is included with your stay, making it simple to discover all that Fripp Island has to offer, including the heated pool at the Cabana Club, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Davis Adore Park, and more. Up to ten guest cards are also supplied, offering access to the island’s pools, tennis courts, exercise center, and dining venues.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
