Visiting for a Marine Corps Graduation? You'll be 10 miles from Parris Island. While here, visit Hunting Island State Park on us with the use of our All Parks Pass.

The home consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bath.
○ Main Bedroom: Queen bed, Intelligent TV, nighttime stands and arm chair.
○ Second Bedroom: Queen bed, nighttime stands, armchair, iron & ironing board.
○ Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, ideal for the kiddos, a dresser, and a comfortable swivel/rocking chair.

Kitchen - Has new appliances & is gorgeously outfitted with kitchenware, cookware, bakeware, blender, Keurig, toaster. Also provide a variety of Kcups, teas, sugars & creams.

The living room and main bedroom have Intelligent TVs that are equipped with the following applications: Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Prime Video, Disney+, Paramount +, Sling, AppleTV, & ESPN. *Individual account login required.*

There's seating out back so that you can relax with your family and friends around the fire pit. *Note: Firewood not included. We also do not allow dogs or family pets of any kind.*

As a nice perk for staying with us, we provide our guests use of our All Parks Pass which accepts you entry to Hunting Island State Park (Save between $25-$50). A must visit while here in Beaufort and only a short 30 min drive away.

Staying a bit longer? Charleston, Hilton Head, or Savannah, GA are all impressive locations for a day trip. Each are about an hour away and have tons of attractions to make it worth the drive.

About the Area

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Polk Village, a neighborhood in Beaufort. Pick Pocket Plantation and Beaufort National Cemetery are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Spanish Moss Trail and Broome Lane Trailhead.
