- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
- On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it.
