Two-car designated parking is located straight through the first entrance into the circular driveway. Please Park within the concrete/gravel assigned to your unit and do not leave cars in front of the home. If you require more parking space, contact us and we see what we can do to accommodate you.

We kindly request that you do not venture from your allotted unit/side yard for the privacy of all tenants on the premises. This well-established community is peaceful and includes a freshly refreshed clubhouse, a driving range, and an 18-hole golf course.

Feel complimentary to take a walk around the neighborhood and savor the outdoors.

The surrounding area is rich in history, the arts, and entertainment. Unwind on striking beaches. Appreciate refreshments at local eateries together. Drop into Festivals & Landmarks and shop the stores on Bay Street. Surely, there is something for everybody to enjoy.
NOTE: We are DOG ???? friendly (pet fee $120) per stay up to 28 days, on longer stays 28 days plus might be a different price.
