Fees:
We charge additional for cleaning. This costs includes the provision of sheets and their laundering and making the beds. It is expected that you clean up after yourselves and please wash the dishes and towels. At this time we are paying additional costs for more broad cleaning.
We also charge a parking fee this is a charge for incidental costs. We have chosen to keep the price low for smaller groups while charging a little more for bigger groups. Larger groups tend to come with more cars. So that’s how we chose to do it. This is not an attempt to mislead you when booking. EXTRA CAR PASSES WILL BE ASSESSED AND ADDED TO YOUR BOOKING AS IT ONLY ALLOWS ONE FEE PER ITEM. This is our fee not an Island fee and may not be assessed on other properties.
All that being said our home is still less expensive than most on the island that can accommodate 10 people and I think it’s ready just for you!

Sticking to your spending plan:
- The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in Fripp Island. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property managers typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Look for your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitor guides contain discounts for local accommodations and attractions.
Filter your rental search:
- Start by selecting your the best vacation week and a spending budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Booking for the Spring Summer Season Best Deal on a 4 BR 3 BA on Fripp island. has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the property owner before reserving the rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is optimal for your family.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or costs might be applied to your contract.
- If there's a particular Beaufort, SC attraction you simply love, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
Advice for a smooth stay:
- Add the owner's phone number to your phone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Lock your vacation home while you are out. Keep your property safe!
- During arrival, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to inspire more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
