Location, Location, Location. Pigeon Point is located in downtown Beaufort, plus this bungalow is just blocks away from renown Christensen Park and Pigeon Point Boat Landing. Take a carriage tour through historic Beaufort, visit the Pat Conroy Literary Center, spend a day at the BEACH, or go boating or fishing. Home was modernized in 2023 and has new kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps 5 comfortably. 2 BR with queen beds, office w. roll-away twin, 1 full bath, dining room, and additional room with laundry. Outdoor patio w. string lights, grille and fire pit.
