The home is designed for relaxation and entertaining, with a huge screened in porch offering additional seating and refuge from the low country wildlife. The grille and outdoor seating area is ideal for appreciating island evenings overlooking the golf course.

The first level includes two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen and a full bed, private en-suite baths, and direct access to a shared deck. One bedroom has a tub shower combo and the laundry room, while the other bathroom has a step-in shower. Upstairs, the king suite offers the ultimate escape with its en-suite bath and step-in shower, along with double sinks. Take in the view from your private deck overlooking Davis Appreciate Drive.

A unique feature of this home is its convenient parking in front and the main entry porch on the golf course side.
