Welcome to 3 High Dunes, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath duplex located on spectacular Fripp Island. This gorgeous home offers the ideal blend of coastal relaxation and modern comfort, with beautiful ocean vistas and glimpses of the golf course, all framed by the iconic silhouette of Hunting Island in the distance.



The upstairs primary suite is a loft that features a king bed, an ensuite bath, and its own secluded deck—ideal for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Downstairs, you'll find two furnished bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds, both sharing a conveniently located hall bath.



Savor an open-concept living space with a comfortable sectional couch and sliding glass doors that lead to the main deck. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table with seating for six, or soak in the salty breeze and coastal vistas. A full laundry room adds additional convenience for extended stays.



Please note: As a duplex, this home shares a front yard as well as a back deck with the adjoining home. Separate front entrances to both provides privacy.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
